Bliss is defined as perfect happiness and great joy.
Joy is defined as a feeling of great happiness.
Happiness is a choice.
Gratitude is a practice.
Therefore, Bliss is thoughts AND action. It isn’t something that magically appears. It’s something that I can actively pursue.
1. I will practice gratefulness.
2. I will choose happiness.
Bliss is not magical and elusive.
It’s so much more in my control than I thought. It is in me. It’s up to me to get in there and grab it.
